This is an onsite position.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues\nModernize key infrastructure components\nMonitor system performance and report on risks/issues\nResearch and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system\nProvide technical support as needed\nDocument processes and procedures for customers to follow\nEnsure compliance with Risk Management Framework standards\nAvailability outside of standard working hours to resolve emergency issues\nTravel up to 25%\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor of Science degree in technical field\n5+ years of System Administration or Engineering experience, including server-side technology and networked computing systems\nMust possess one of the following certifications: Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, and/or CompTIA Network+\nMust have prior experience with SQL and database operations\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAWS certification\nExperience with AWS cloud migration\nSkills collecting, organizing, and analyzing data\nExperience with business process engineering\nClearance Requirements:\nCitizenship required and a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $107,900.00-$179,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
