This is a hybrid position with on-site presence on an as-needed basis.\nThis role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in dynamic environments and brings deep technical insight across modern technology domains including SaaS, AI, and enterprise IT optimization. You will drive measurable outcomes by managing a portfolio of complex projects that modernize and strengthen enterprise capabilities.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLeading and managing a portfolio of 5-7 concurrent enterprise IT transformation projects from initiation through closeout\nDriving modernization initiatives across SaaS platforms, AI-enabled solutions, and enterprise optimization efforts\nDeveloping and maintaining integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and performance metrics\nCoordinating cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership to ensure alignment with strategic objectives\nIdentifying, assessing, and mitigating risks and dependencies across multiple workstream\nEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards\nProviding regular executive-level reporting and portfolio health updates\nChampioning continuous improvement, governance best practices, and standardized project management methodologies\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field\n7+ years of experience managing enterprise IT projects, including large-scale transformation initiatives\nDemonstrated experience managing a portfolio of multiple concurrent projects\nStrong technical breadth across SaaS platforms, AI technologies, cloud environments, and enterprise IT systems\nProven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive cross-functional alignment\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience leading enterprise-wide digital transformation programs\nFamiliarity with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid project delivery methodologies\nExperience implementing AI-driven automation or enterprise optimization initiatives\nStrong financial management and portfolio reporting expertise\nExceptional communication skills with the ability to brief senior executives\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50%\nConstantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.\nThe person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
