You will drive sourcing and full life-cycle recruitment for technical and analytical professionals while supporting strategic business development through key personnel identification.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nPartner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor to define recruitment needs and drive execution.\n\nResearch and implement innovative sourcing techniques utilizing traditional and non-traditional resources.\n\nManage full life-cycle recruitment from initial requisition opening through final offer extension.\n\nBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of passive talent through continuous relationship management.\n\nRepresent the organization at job fairs, industry networking events, and targeted hiring initiatives.\n\nAnalyze recruitment data and metrics to continuously refine sourcing strategies and report weekly performance.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nRequires 2+ years of full life-cycle talent acquisition experience within the government contracting industry.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in sourcing, screening, networking, salary trend analysis, and pipeline management.\n\nProven ability to maintain accurate, well-ordered candidate documentation within an applicant tracking system.\n\nWillingness and ability to travel for hiring events and job fairs as required.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nDemonstrated ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques such as complex Google Boolean searches and sourcing extensions.\n\nDirect hands-on experience utilizing Workday software for enterprise talent acquisition operations.\n\nStrong communication skills with a proven track record of engaging hard-to-find cleared talent.\n\nClearance Requirements:\nNone required for this position.\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\n\nNeeds to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.\n\nFrequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, and must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.\n\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $62,400.00-$103,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
