Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner to join our team in St. Louis, MO.\nThe Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Practitioner will leverage their strong technical background and knowledge to support technical security operations, providing comprehensive technical advice, guidance, and specialized risk assessments to ensure the security of facilities and systems.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLeading and executing Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM), Foreign Visit, Gift Inspection, and Digital Counterexploitation activities.\nEnsuring all operations, reporting, and training comply with national and agency-level policies, TSCM programs, and modernization goals.\nPreparing specialized technical risk assessments, TSCM reports of inquiry, tailored briefings, and technical security plans.\nConducting in-depth analysis of complex physical and technical security issues to ensure compliance with ICD 705 and DoD standards.\nPerforming Radio Frequency (RF) signal of interest searches and assessing identified signals during surveys and IPMS operations.\nEvaluating electronic processing equipment for security vulnerabilities and recommending cost-effective corrective actions.\nPreparing all required correspondence, briefing materials, and after-action reports in accordance with program guidelines.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of progressively responsible experience in technical security and/or technical document writing/editing.\nMust possess an Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Certification.\nAbility to complete 40 hours of discipline-specific development or refresher training every fiscal year in accordance with National and DoD standards.\nShall meet minimum training requirements, within one calendar year of assignment, for access to DoD networks in accordance with DoDD 8140.01, by attaining and maintaining at least baseline certification for DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT2) compliance.\nPreferred Qualifications :\nCertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent technical certification.\nBachelor’s or Post-graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nExperience with telephone security requirements and Telephone Security Group (TSG) standards.\nCredentialed graduate of an accredited federal or DoD CI training academy such as the FBI Academy.\nSelf-starter with excellent people skills able to work across teams and drive change throughout an organization.\nExperience conducting technical evaluations and identifying security deficiencies in complex environments\nExperience in generating comprehensive technical risk assessment products and specialized reports\nExperience in writing and editing technical documents\nClearance Requirements:\nAn active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a polygraph. \nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nThis individual needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers.\nThis role frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
