Your adventure begins now-unleash your potential with MANTECH!\nMANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Workforce Planning Lead to join our team in Herndon, VA.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nLeads the execution of workforce planning initiatives and coordinates the tracking of staffing metrics across multi-functional departments.\nValidate the accuracy of personnel data and authorize the release of talent acquisition requisitions to maintain organizational readiness.\nMonitor performance against staffing baselines and lead internal teams in achieving complex hiring goals.\nExecutes strategic staffing oversight for the division on current and new efforts.\nValidate the technical accuracy of personnel requirements and lead the tracking of staffing milestones within the talent acquisition lifecycle.\nCoordinate with program managers and task leads to proactively identify and resolve personnel gaps before they impact regional mission readiness.\nPartners with HR and TA to identify workforce needs and develop actions within the account context.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBA/BS degree\n7+ years of position relevant experience.\nExperience in formal workforce planning oversight and acting as a functional lead for staffing deliverables.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSHRM-CP or PHR certification.\nDAWIA Level II in Program Management (or equivalent).\nExperience with advanced applicant tracking systems (ATS) and personnel databases\nClearance Requirement:\nMust hold an active TS/SCI w/poly clearance\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.\nOccasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.\nThe projected compensation range for this position is $97,100.00-$161,900.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
