We help with relocation costs***\nOUTCOMES\nIndependently execute PLC (SCADA) Ignition and/or Tridium Niagara work on Umatilla projects\nAchieve 95%+ first-time pass rate on commissioning and startup work\nDeliver assigned project scope on or ahead of schedule with zero delays caused by technical execution\nReduce reliance on fly-in support by 50%+ within first 6 months of hire\nMaintain 90%+ uptime compliance on systems under their responsibility during startup and early operation\nComplete all required commissioning and service documentation accurately and on time\nDemonstrate strong ownership, reliability, and collaboration in a field-based team environment\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nExecute installation, commissioning, and startup of PLC (SCADA) Ignition and/or Tridium Niagara based control systems in data center environments\nDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network control system issues in live environments\nPerform point-to-point checkouts, calibration, and full system validation independently\nDeliver assigned project scope in alignment with schedule and quality requirements\nMaintain complete, accurate, and timely commissioning and service documentation\nCoordinate directly with subcontractors and internal teams to keep work progressing on schedule\nOwn service and troubleshooting work for systems under responsibility post-commissioning\nSet technical execution standards in the field and ensure work meets quality expectations\nMentor junior technicians and enforce consistent execution practices when applicable. \nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n Strong hands-on experience with PLC (SCADA) Ignition systems and/or Tridium Niagara\nExperience with or ability to work in Ignition environments\nProven ability to independently execute commissioning, startup, and troubleshooting in live environments\nAbility and willingness to be located within driving distance of Umatilla\nValid driver's license and ability to travel for field-based work\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience working in data center or other mission-critical environments\nWORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS\nWork environment:\nField-based across active construction sites and operational data center environments\n Physical requirements:\nStanding, walking, climbing ladders, and working in mechanical spaces\nLifting tools and equipment (up to ~50 lbs)\nWorking in variable environmental conditions\n Schedule expectations:\nTravel required within PNW region\nMay require extended or non-standard hours based on project
