escalation procedures.\nPerform basic log analysis and identify recurring issues.\nCoordinate with development, infrastructure, and other support teams.\nMaintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions, and FAQs.\nProvide regular status updates to stakeholders.\n\nRequirements: \n2-4 years of experience in L1/Application/Technical Support.\nGood understanding of Linux/Windows environments.\nBasic knowledge of SQL and database troubleshooting.\nUnderstanding of REST APIs and basic application troubleshooting.\nFamiliarity with ITSM/ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.\nBasic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS.\nGood troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nWillingness to work in shifts, if required.\nGood to Have Experience with monitoring tools.\nBasic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure.\nKnowledge of scripting such as Shell/Python.\nExperience working in
