The ideal candidate should be capable of handling production support issues, troubleshooting incidents, performing root cause analysis, and contributing to development and bug fixes when required.\n\nThis role requires a resource who can work across both Production Support and Development, ensuring smooth application and data pipeline operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Monitor applications, jobs, data pipelines, and production environments.\n\n- Provide L1 support for production incidents, alerts, and service requests.\n\n- Perform initial troubleshooting and analysis of production issues.\n\n- Investigate application failures, data issues, job failures, and system errors.\n\n- Resolve issues within defined SLAs and escalate complex issues when required.\n\n- Work on bug fixes and minor development/enhancement activities.\n\n- Use Python for troubleshooting, automation, debugging, and development activities.\n\n- Support and troubleshoot data engineering workflows and data pipelines.\n\n- Perform basic data analysis and validation to identify data-related issues.\n\n- Work closely with L2/L3 support teams, developers, data engineers, and other stakeholders.\n\n- Participate in root cause analysis and help implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.\n\n- Automate repetitive support and operational tasks wherever possible.\n\n- Maintain incident records, issue documentation, and knowledge base articles.\n\n- Communicate issue status, impact, and resolution clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.\n\n- Participate in shift/on-call support if required.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 2 -
