Engineer.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalyse requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases using appropriate test design techniques.\nPerform functional, regression, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing.\nConduct API testing using Postman, including collections, environments, scripts, authentication, and response validation.\nDevelop and maintain UI and API automation tests using Playwright.\nCreate and maintain JMeter scripts for load and performance testing.\nValidate asynchronous workflows across queues, databases, and logs.\nPerform data validation using SQL.\nLog clear and reproducible defects in Jira and coordinate with developers for resolution.\nContribute to improving test coverage, automation, and QA processes.\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nStrong hands-on Manual Testing with good knowledge of STLC/SDLC.\nKnowledge of BVA, Equivalence Partitioning, Decision Tables, and State Transitions.\nHands-on API testing using Postman.\nFamiliarity with Playwright, including locators, assertions, auto-waiting, and basic fixtures.\nFamiliarity with JMeter, including thread groups, samplers, listeners, and basic correlation.\nHands-on SQL for data validation.\nBasic programming knowledge in TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java.\nUnderstanding of test pyramid, shift-left testing, risk-based testing, eventual consistency, idempotency, and latency.\nStrong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nGOOD TO HAVE:\nExposure to microservices, asynchronous systems, queues, retries, and dead-letter queues.\nExperience with Git/Bitbucket and Jenkins.\nBasic knowledge of OWASP Top 10, Burp Suite/ZAP.\nKnowledge of contract testing and accessibility testing.\nISTQB Foundation certification.\nExperience identifying and troubleshooting flaky tests.\nQUALIFICATION:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related
