We are looking to hire a Growth Marketing Manager with over 4 years of experience to help drive the growth of Voy’s weight loss offering.

Voy is a brand within MANUAL’s array of products and services, and it has ambitious growth plans to become one of the largest players in the weight loss space. We are a clinically backed weight loss program that merges behavioural science with breakthrough medication to help our customers achieve life-changing results and maintain them.

Working alongside a team of marketers, commercial professionals, and product managers, you will own marketing for a rapidly growing category. You will determine how we build, test, and aggressively scale the marketing of our weight loss business. You will manage a significant budget, deciding where to allocate spend and resources across our paid and organic channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary objective of this role is to own marketing for our fastest-growing product category. This includes managing a substantial paid advertising budget alongside our organic growth strategies. We are seeking a candidate with a growth mindset and a strong customer focus. Key responsibilities include:

  • Holistic Growth Strategy: Maintain a comprehensive view of growth by identifying high-leverage opportunities that drive significant impact.

  • Integrate The Customer: Be deeply customer-obsessed and data-driven, ensuring that customer feedback loops are integrated into the growth process.

  • Budget Optimisation: Manage budgets across all marketing channels, allocating resources to maximise value and return on investment.

  • Refining Attribution: Work closely with the data team to continuously improve attribution models and insights.

  • Marketing Ownership: Take full ownership of our paid advertising channels, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and social media.

  • New Channel Launches: Successfully launch and scale new marketing channels from inception (0) to maturity (1)

  • Scaling Paid Social: Implement a test-and-learn approach to effectively scale our paid social channels.

  • Stakeholder Management: Report on progress and manage stakeholder expectations, taking ownership of all paid advertising initiatives.

  • Organic Growth Collaboration: Collaborate with the team responsible for organic growth strategies.

Requirements

Must-Have Technical Skills:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managing paid advertising for a brand (agency experience will not be considered).

  • Proven experience with paid social advertising, demonstrating success in scaling accounts.

  • Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop ad creatives and implement a test-and-learn approach for optimization.

  • Background in a high-growth startup environment.

  • Experience in launching new marketing channels from the ground up.
