Spring Boot, or equivalent technologies.\nIntegrate applications with databases, internal platforms, and external services.\nSupport microservices-based architectures and application component upgrades where applicable.\nAI-Assisted Software Development\nUse approved AI-powered development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent enterprise platforms, to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.\nApply AI assistance to code generation, refactoring, technical documentation, code explanation, troubleshooting, and solution exploration.\nReview, test, and validate all AI-generated outputs using sound engineering judgment before implementation.\nEnsure AI-assisted development complies with secure coding standards, data protection requirements, intellectual property controls, and Responsible AI principles.\nIdentify appropriate opportunities to improve software engineering practices through AI and automation.\nAI-Driven Quality Engineering and Testing\nUse AI-assisted and automated testing tools to support test case generation, test data preparation, defect analysis, and regression testing.\nCollaborate with quality engineers and business users to improve test coverage and establish reusable, structured test assets.\nDevelop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using suitable testing frameworks and tools.\nAnalyze automated test results, investigate failures, and recommend quality improvements.\nSupport shift-left testing by incorporating quality checks early in the software development lifecycle.\nAgile Delivery and Engineering Governance\nParticipate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to deliver agreed sprint commitments and communicate progress, risks, and blockers.\nUse Git-based version control, peer code review, and pull request practices.\nFollow established software development lifecycle, release management, change management, security, and compliance controls.\nContinuous Improvement\nLearn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, engineering practices, and AI capabilities.\nContribute ideas for process improvement, automation, technical debt reduction, and developer productivity.\nSupport DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD implementation and enhancements.\nShare knowledge, reusable components, lessons learned, and good practices across the engineering team.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nFresh graduates with strong internship, academic, open-source, or personal project experience are encouraged to apply.\nAbility to communicate clearly with users, technical teams, and business stakeholders in verbal and written form.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExposure to the insurance, banking, or financial services industry
