The CAF Long Term Disability (LTD) team supports veterans who have been medically released from the Canadian Armed Forces, helping them navigate their transition to civilian life, including a potential return to employment.\nAs Bilingual Associate Manager, CAF LTD, you will lead and support a team of Case Managers, providing coaching, technical guidance, and leadership to help deliver positive outcomes for our plan members.\nResponsibilities:\nLead, coach, mentor, and support a team of Case Managers.\nManage workflow, performance, and staffing activities.\nPromote effective disability and case management practices.\nProvide guidance on complex claims and technical issues.\nConduct quality reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.\nBuild strong relationships with plan members and internal and external partners.\nDrive positive business, service, and client outcomes.\nQualifications:\n2-3+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.\nStrong knowledge of Group Disability claims, adjudication, and case management practices\nBilingualism (English and French) is required.
