This role is at the centre of sales activities and offers the opportunity to take on new challenges and make an impact for our clients.\nAs part of the Manulife Investment Management team, the Business Development Associate is a member of a wholesaling team consisting of a District Vice President and Business Development Manager. The successful candidate will partner with the sales team to achieve sales targets by developing a thorough understanding of each territory’s needs, participating in business development initiatives, and working directly with advisors.\nThe ideal candidate is an effective communicator who is well organized, collaborative, proactive, solutions-oriented, results-focused, and team-oriented. Occasional travel will be required for training, meetings, and territory events.
