In the past year, the responsibilities of the team has continuously expanded with data analytics as the backbone of all initiatives that are put in place to achieve key metrics. With the growing scope, there is a need to have dedicated resource to work on this area. The IFM Data Analyst will work on collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover valuable insights that drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nWork closely with different business units and cross-functional teams to ensure identified KPIs are monitored and inform stakeholders of critical and actionable insights.\nDevelop reports and dashboards focused on historical experience of leading and lagging indicators that influence the achievement of key metrics.\nDetermine opportunities for automation, streamlining and improvement of existing reports and dashboards.\nConduct routine reviews of data, perform tests and analyze results to optimize deliverables and ensure integrity and security of data in accordance with company guidelines and regulations.\nPerform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns and correlations that may lead to meaningful findings to the business.\nCreate data models and algorithms to highlight gaps and capitalize on opportunities for improvement.\nDevelop meaningful data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.\nLead or support data, automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics initiatives that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, decision-making, and value creation for the Company.\nCompetencies:\nAnalytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.\nProblem-Solving: Aptitude for identifying data-related problems.\nCommunication: Clear and effective communication of findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nCollaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.\nAttention to Detail: Thoroughness anc accuracy in data analysis and reporting.\nAdaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and business needs.\nProject / Task Management: Demonstrated ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, effectively and efficiently.\nRequired Qualifications:\nStrong understanding of and comprehensive experience with statistical methods and data analysis techniques (eg. ETL methodology)\nExperience with business intelligence technologies (e.g Power BI)\nProficiency in programming languages (eg. SQL, Python, R, etc)\nExperience with relational databases (eg.
