The Digital Analytics Manager will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex digital data, synthesizing results into clear, actionable insights that improve business outcomes. Leveraging an increasingly mature digital analytics ecosystem, the incumbent will analyze user behavior across major Manulife digital properties to measure performance, identify opportunities, and continuously optimize customer experiences. Through strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, this role will influence digital strategy, enhance performance, and help elevate the effectiveness of enterprise digital initiatives.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nOwn the end-to-end reporting and insights strategy for the Global Digital Storefront, ensuring consistent, scalable, and accurate measurement across regions, brands, and digital properties.\n\nDesign, build, and maintain standardized measurement plan and self-serve dashboards and reports that track Storefront performance, including acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, and customer journey metrics.\n\nTranslate complex digital data into actionable, business-focused insights that support decision-making across Marketing, Product, Technology, and senior leadership.\n\nDefine and operationalize key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned to Storefront business objectives, ensuring ongoing relevance as the platform and digital strategy evolve.\n\nProvide regular performance readouts and deep-dive analyses that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and optimization recommendations for Storefront initiatives.\n\nEnable stakeholders to self-serve insights by establishing robust reporting frameworks, documentation, and analytics best practices within Adobe Analytics and related platforms.\n\nPartner with Product Owners and squad teams to embed reporting requirements into epics and user stories, ensuring measurement is built into Storefront features by design.\n\nMonitor data quality and consistency across Storefront reporting, working closely with tagging and engineering teams to resolve tracking gaps or discrepancies.\n\nSupport continuous optimization by clearly measuring the impact of enhancements, experiments, and releases across the Global Digital Storefront ecosystem.\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum 5 years’ experience working with advanced digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Analysis Workspace, Adobe Target, Audience Manager, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Experience Platform, or similar enterprise tools.\n\n2+ years of business analysis experience in large organizations with multiple functions and/or business units.\n\nData management and visualization experience (Power BI or Tableau, SQL, R).\n\nExperience measuring digital performance, including mobile analytics.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Databricks, including SQL, PySpark, Delta Lake, Workflows, Unity Catalog) and PowerBI.\n\nHands-on Python for data science: pandas/numpy/scikit-learn/statsmodels/PySpark; MLflow for experiment tracking and model registry; CI/CD and testing.\n\nExpertise in experimentation design, attribution methodologies, incrementality, measurement, MMM, CLV and privacy aware analytics in regulated industries.\n\nAnalytical rigor and systems thinking across data, measurement and modeling layers.\n\nAnalytics engineering, and Python modeling.\n\nStrong data storytelling, insight synthesis, and executive-ready communication.\n\nStakeholder influence and change management, especially across marketing, digital engineers, and MarTech.\n\nDeep experimentation mindset, measurement discipline and ROI orientation.\n\nDemonstrated ownership, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAnalytics experience in an agile project environment is a plus.\n\nWhen you join our team:\nWe’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.\n\nWe’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.\n\nAs part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.\n\n#LI-Hybrid\nThe role being advertised is an existing vacancy.\nAbout Manulife and John Hancock\nManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
