The role combines actuarial and financial analysis with hands-on transaction execution, senior-level communication and cross-functional collaboration.\n\nThe opportunit y\nCorporate Development manages transactions on an end-to-end basis, including opportunity assessment, valuation, due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations, internal approvals, integration planning, closing and post-closing monitoring.
