Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation

The Manager, Reporting, Advanced Analytics and Automation will report to the Director, Risk Intelligence and Analytics in Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function, supporting Information Risk Management (IRM) function mission and vision. The role will be responsible for delivering various functional capabilities including but not limited to analytics, Large Language Models, reporting, modeling, automation, and other related operational risk management activities, as well as supporting the development and execution of the relevant roadmaps and plans for the function.

The incumbent's role will be to deliver ongoing analysis, modeling, reporting, and automating required processes. This includes preparation data, large language model used cases, working with automation COE and Analytics group, ongoing automation of reports and other ad-hoc requests for delivery to the Company’s Chief Risk Officer, executive and Board risk committees required analytics and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM related reporting for the Company’s Chief Risk Officer, executive, and Board risk committees.

• Automation of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM related reporting within the intelligence function.

• Lead the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Monitor, optimize, and provide training on automated systems, while identifying opportunities for further automation and process improvements.

• Supporting the delivery of automated solutions, AI agents and other related analytics projects within IRM.

• Provide support to Risk and Technology Tooling team on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping etc. (e.g., data analysis, data clean-up, validation, creating and maintenance of reports and dashboards)

• Identifying opportunities for creating efficiencies within reporting framework and processes.

• Assist in testing, cleaning, and preparing data for reporting readiness.

• Assist in the generation of reports and ensuring accuracy in the metrics being reported.

• Assist with documenting processes, procedures, project work and ad hoc request as required.

• Develop AI-driven monitoring workflows that move beyond hard-coded metrics by dynamically identifying KPIs, trends, and risk areas within IRM.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and supporting AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Chatbots, and Copilot solutions in enterprise environments.

• Experience building AI-powered solutions using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Power Platform, or comparable AI frameworks.

• Proven ability to integrate AI solutions with enterprise data sources and systems including SharePoint, SQL databases, APIs, Dataverse, ServiceNow, Salesforce, and internal knowledge repositories.

• Strong understanding of Generative AI architecture, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), orchestration frameworks, workflow automation, model governance, and AI operationalization.

• Experience measuring and optimizing AI solution performance through adoption metrics, response quality, accuracy, productivity gains, automation outcomes, and business impact assessments.

• Knowledgeable in financial services, insurance, technology risk management, or operational risk management environments.

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate) for reporting, workflow automation, and operational analytics.

• Experience in big data analytics, cloud data platforms, Azure, Databricks, and modern data engineering practices.

• Strong programming and analytics skills using Python, SQL, R, or comparable analytical toolsets.

• Knowledge of database design, data modeling, ETL processes, and data governance principles.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting capabilities.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
