In this role, you are responsible for providing compensation administration for Advisors’ across multiple distribution channels ensuring calendar deadlines are met to ensure accurate and timely compensation payment.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nEnsure accurate Advisor compensation by validating accuracy and processing entries as required.\nApply special compensation bonuses, Fundserv wires, within determined service standards\nResponsible to respond to day to day internal and external complex advisor inquiries, analyze and provide expert recommendations and resolutions\nCreation of tax duplicates for T4AReleve\nManage returned cheques and EFT rejects along with stale dated cheque process\nResponsible to manually calculate and upload compensation calculations and advances within our service level commitments to meet our audit requirements\nEstablish priorities through workflow management to support our regularly scheduled commission runs and calendar deadlines to ensure timely delivery of compensation to advisors\nIdentify and make recommendations to streamline existing processes\nSubmit problem case logs and enhancements to iPortal for further investigation.
