Equivalent combinations of experience and education will be considered.\nFoundational understanding of Finance processes and an interest in Finance transformation, automation, analytics, data, and AI-enabled ways of working.\nExperience gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing information, coordinating actions, or preparing stakeholder materials.\nStrong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.\nClear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders across functions and levels.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 tools; experience with Power BI, Power Platform, Alteryx, SQL, Python, Visio, or other analysis and process tools is an asset.\nCurious, collaborative, service-oriented, and comfortable asking questions, surfacing gaps, and learning new concepts quickly.\nCandidate must be willing to work night shift, 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST.\nAbout Manulife and John Hancock\nManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
