The role offers broad exposure to the end-to-end product development and delivery process, with the opportunity to build strong expertise in life insurance products, business processes, and technology-enabled solutions while ensuring smooth and successful product launches.\nPosition Responsibilities\nSupport end-to-end product implementation activities for new products, product enhancements, and strategic business initiatives to ensure timely and quality delivery.\nReview and coordinate product specifications, business requirements, and implementation documentation to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood by relevant stakeholders.\nFacilitate stakeholder discussions, requirement clarifications, and implementation planning activities to support successful project delivery.\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities with business users and technology teams, ensuring appropriate participation, issue resolution, and business readiness prior to implementation.\nSupport the preparation and implementation of customer-facing documentation, communication materials, and operational requirements related to product launches.\nMonitor implementation progress, identify risks and dependencies, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support timely resolution.\nSupport product launch readiness activities to ensure operational, system, training, and communication requirements are completed before launch.\nAssist in managing post-launch activities, production issue resolutions, and enhancement initiatives to support business and customer needs.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Insurance, Actuarial Science, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 7 years of experience in the life insurance industry, preferably in Product Development, Product Management, Product Implementation, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related functions.\nGood understanding of life insurance products, operational processes, and system implementation lifecycle.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.\nSelf-motivated, collaborative, and proactive in driving outcomes.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in life insurance product implementation, policy administration systems, or digital transformation initiatives.\nExperience working with multiple stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations functions.\nExperience working with Agile, SDLC, Business Analysis, or Project Management methodologies.· \nWhen you join our team:\nWe’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.\nWe’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.\nAs part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.\nAbout Manulife and John Hancock\nManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
