The Product Manager plays a key role in turning business strategy and customer needs into valuable software solutions.\nThe Product Manager owns the feature-level roadmap and product outcomes for an assigned set of digital experiences and retirement-platform capabilities within the strategic direction set by Product Domain Leads (PDLs) and Product Strategy. PDLs own the capability-level roadmap, informed by PM insights and recommendations. Working within a SAFe agile model, the PM translates strategy, vision, and OKRs into well-defined problems, prioritized feature recommendations, and measurable outcomes.\nYou will lead product discovery through subject matter experts, Customer Service, Sales, and other business partners; guide feature definition and delivery with engineering and design; and own success measures, launch readiness, and post-launch improvement.
