Validate possible solutions against architectural guardrails.\nUse approved AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate discovery, design, coding, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and knowledge sharing while applying sound engineering judgment, validating outputs, protecting confidential information, and following security, privacy, legal, and governance requirements.\nAdvocate and influence design principles which align with our strategy and architecture.\nCoach and mentor engineers through pairing, thoughtful code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing. Create an environment where team members can experiment safely, learn from feedback, strengthen their engineering and AI capabilities, and take greater ownership over time.\nExperiment with emerging technologies and understanding how they will impact what comes next.\nPrototype and build new functionality to deliver on key product objectives with strong and extendable architectural design· Experience with agile and DevOps/DevSecOps principles, test-driven development, continuous integration.\nBuild, code, test, and maintain high quality software ensuring that the proper quality gates are passed (including test coverage, security validation) using the appropriate DevSecOps tools, in both hands on and leadership coordination roles.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum of 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.\nProficiency in React, C# and/or Java.\nExperience with Kubernetes.\nStrong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.\nExcellent fixing and debugging skills with a collaborative approach to timely resolution and communication on after action.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to assess requirements and provide technical solutioning options and level of effort estimates.\nContinuous learning mentality and advocate for positive change.\nExperience using approved AI-assisted engineering tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to improve productivity and software quality.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nMentoring experience.\nExperience designing, building, testing, or integrating AI agents and agentic workflows that use tools, APIs, enterprise data, or retrieval-augmented generation\nFamiliarity with prompt engineering, AI evaluation, grounding, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls.\nExperience creating reusable AI patterns, prompts, or development practices that improve engineering productivity and software quality.\nWhen you join our team:\nWe’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.\nWe’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.\nAs part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.\nIf you are applying to this role in Canada, please note the salary range is $96,600 to $179,400 CAD.
