What You'll Do
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions focused on document analytics and intelligent document processing.
- Build and implement Large Language Model (LLM) agents to automate business processes, information retrieval, fraud detection, and operational workflows.
- Research and apply advanced AI techniques, including Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.
- Develop image processing algorithms that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that support analytics and machine learning workloads.
- Develop highly scalable SQL-based solutions and automated reporting capabilities using modern big data technologies.
- Deploy and optimize AI solutions within cloud environments.
- Write production-quality Python code and manage enterprise-grade code repositories.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify new opportunities for AI-driven innovation.
- Conduct machine learning experiments and proof-of-concepts to solve challenging business problems.
- Mentor Data Scientists and Junior Engineers on engineering best practices, MLOps, LLMOps, cloud technologies, and modern AI development frameworks.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
Education
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience; OR
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience
- Experience programming with Python.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions utilizing Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models.
- Experience building and supporting backend AI applications in cloud environments.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Strong SQL development skills, including designing complex queries and supporting enterprise-scale data needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with modern LLM frameworks and AI agent architectures.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and document intelligence solutions.
- Experience with MLOps and LLMOps practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience deploying scalable AI services to production environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for mentoring and developing technical talent.

HybridSalary range is expected to be between
$107,450.00 USD - $199,550.00 USDEmployees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
