As an intern, you'llcollaborate with professionals across the organization, support ongoing projects, develop business materials and resources, and contribute to initiatives that help improve processes and the overall employee and customer experience. This dynamic environment will help you develop foundational skills for a successful career in business, operations, project management, or organizational effectiveness.

You will have the opportunity to work with one of the following teams:

Product Documentation

The Canada Retirement Product team is seekinga highly organized and detail-orientedstudent to support our product documentation and specification lifecycle. This role helps strengthen our documentation standards by building structured templates, cataloguing key product materials, and working directly with stakeholders to capture accuraterequirements. The ideal candidate is curious, process-oriented, and comfortable working with information in a structured and methodical way.

  • Catalogue and maintainproduct specifications and documentation repositories.

  • Develop and update standardized templates to improve consistency and quality across product documentation.

  • Support business and technical stakeholders in gathering and documenting requirements.

  • Assistwith documentation governance, version control, and maintenance of product materials.

  • Help identifyopportunities to improve documentation processes and usability.

Change Management

This Change Management Intern role is an opportunity to contribute to the continued scaling of change management practices across Canada and US Retirement. The incumbent will help deliver practical tools, templates, insights, and reporting that improve consistency and efficiency across the change lifecycle. This opportunity will provide hands-on experience in change enablement, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, reporting, and executive storytelling within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. The experience will culminate with outcomes summarized in an executive-ready capstone deliverable.

  • Support the development and maintenance of change management tools, templates, and resources.

  • Assistwith stakeholder engagement activities, working sessions, and feedback collection.

  • Prepare communications, presentations, reporting materials, and change management artifacts.

  • Support knowledge management activities, including SharePoint content organization and maintenance.

  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and user experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Human Resources, Information Management, Project Management, Organizational Change, Technology, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating presentations, reports, templates, process documentation, or other business materials.

  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Power BI, Copilot, or similar collaboration and reporting tools.

  • Demonstrated interest in project management, process improvement, product management, business operations, or change management.

Salary range is expected to be between:

$35,100.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
