Your contributions will help drive operational excellence, data integrity, security, and process automation across the enterprise. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence platform strategy, and gain exposure to complex enterprise Workday capabilities while advancing your technical and professional growth.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nDesign, configure, maintain, and enhance Workday platform solutions, including business processes, security, integrations, and reporting.\nPartner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Workday solutions.\nDevelop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Extend, Orchestration and web services.\nTroubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions to improve system performance and reliability.\nSupport Workday releases, platform governance, security compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n Required Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience supporting enterprise HRIS platforms, including at least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience.\n5+ years of experience developing and supporting Workday integrations, reports, calculated fields, and business processes.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.\nWorkday certification(s) in relevant functional or technical areas are considered an asset.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrate.\nStrong knowledge of Workday security architecture and role-based access controls.\nExperience supporting multiple Workday modules such as HCM, Recruiting, Talent, Payroll.\nKnowledge of integration technologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and middleware platforms.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nWhen you join our team:\nWe’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.\nWe’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.\nAs part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see.\nThe role being advertised is an existing vacancy.\nAbout Manulife and John Hancock\nManulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
