Our mission is to help our customers improve productivity and profitability through equipment solutions tailored to their needs.\nAs we continue our significant national growth, Manulift is looking for people who take ownership, find solutions, and have a direct impact on our customers’ experience and operational performance.\nWe are currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Stoney Creek.\nReporting to the Field Foreman, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating maintenance activities for our fleet and our customers’ equipment. You will turn maintenance needs into efficient action plans, optimizing schedules, routes, and technician movements.\nYou will also ensure that technicians have the right information and resources to perform their work efficiently, while keeping customers and internal teams informed throughout the process.\nMain responsibilities:\nAnalyze maintenance requirements and ensure the accuracy of planning data, including projected hours, maintenance cycles, next service dates, and maintenance plans.\nCommunicate with internal and external customers to schedule and coordinate maintenance appointments.\nCreate work orders and optimize technician schedules and routes to minimize unproductive travel.\nCoordinate the daily activities of mobile maintenance technicians and provide them with all information required to complete their work.\nConfirm site access, specific requirements, and operational constraints before technicians are dispatched.\nFollow up on completed work and communicate repairs, recommendations, and future maintenance needs to the appropriate teams.\nWork closely with the Field Foreman to anticipate upcoming maintenance needs and plan future interventions.\nIdentify customers who could benefit from Manulift’s maintenance program and promote the service when appropriate.\nCoordinate maintenance activities in areas not covered by mobile maintenance technicians.\nPrepare maintenance kits and ensure technicians have the required parts and information.\nEnsure the quality and standardization of maintenance documentation and SRTs.\nProcess parts billing and maintain maintenance parameters in the appropriate systems.\nContribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of maintenance processes.\nExpérience and desired skills\nExperience in a mechanical, maintenance, service, or operations environment.\nDiploma in construction equipment mechanics, agricultural mechanics, heavy machinery mechanics, or a related field is an asset.\nStrong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple interventions simultaneously.\nSound judgment and ability to quickly find solutions when plans change.\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nComfortable working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.\nExperience coordinating or supervising a team is an asset.\nStrong organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.\n\nWhy Manulift?\nCompetitive salary based on experience.\nMonday to Friday daytime schedule.\nOvertime opportunities.\nTelemedicine service from day one (Telus Health).\nGroup insurance paid 75% by Manulift.\nGroup RRSP and DPSP.\nTeam activities, recognition events, and family days.\nPhysical activity allowance.\nInternal growth and career advancement opportunities.\nThe profile we’re looking for\nSomeone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, knows how to stay in control when plans change, and is always looking for a better way to get things done.\nSomeone who understands that good planning is not simply about filling a schedule -
