Your main responsibility is to demonstrate the specific aspects and maintenance steps associated with each equipment model so that they can be used at and maintained to their full potential.The Trainer will also be responsible for the internal training to familiarize our new employees with our products.\nMain Responsibilities:\nProcess and manage work orders (opening, data entry, closing, etc.).\nFollow up on parts orders.\nHandle follow-ups on warranty-related documents.\nManage subcontracting files (from creating POs to processing invoices).\nPrepare quotes in accordance with the Foreman’s instructions.\nInform customers of any damage and the associated repair costs.\nOffer support to other assistants during the Foreman’s absence.\nPerform any other related tasks.\n\nExperience and desired skills :\nDiploma in mechanics (heavy equipment)or any other relevant field.\nExperience as a trainer (an asset).\nAt least 5 years of experience as a heavy-duty or construction equipment mechanic.\nAdvanced knowledge in hydraulics, electrical and electronic (an asset).\nGood knowledge of Office Suite.\nFluency in French and English both oral and written.\nValid class 5 driver's licence.\nAvailability to be on the road at least 80% of the time and 30% outside the region.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to convey content clearly and precisely.\nInterpersonal skills: listening skills and approachability.\nExcellent organizational skills.\nGood time management.\nFlexibility to face the unexpected, initiative and
