You'll build a clean Treasury database and strong controls. You'll also dig into payment data to show what we pay our payment providers, and why.\nThe team gets a reliable base to build on. You get a role where your accuracy matters every day.\nYOUR FUTURE TEAMMATES\nMeet the Treasury team:\nWe're a team of two, and you'd be our third. We run Manychat's Treasury and build the Finance systems around it: banking, investments, FX, payments, and AI-powered automation. This is a hands-on mid-level role combining cash and liquidity management, banking operations, reporting and financial controls. You will independently manage recurring Treasury processes, ensure the quality of financial data and help improve the way our Treasury operations are organized and supported by systems.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nManage daily cash positioning and monitor liquidity across entities, accounts and currencies.\n\nPrepare short-term cash-flow forecasts and analyze key variances.\n\nSupport cash placements, maturity management and investment performance tracking.\n\nMonitor FX exposures and support currency conversions.\n\nManage operational relationships with banks, including account administration, KYC, access rights and banking documentation.\n\nManage banking transactions and supporting documentation in line with approval and segregation-of-duties requirements.\n\nProduce regular Treasury reporting and maintain accurate, complete and auditable Treasury data.\n\nInvestigate discrepancies and support internal and external audit requests.\n\nMaintain and improve Treasury controls, procedures and operational documentation.\n\nIdentify process inefficiencies and contribute to systems implementation, automation and data-quality improvements.\n\nSupport testing and adoption of automated Treasury processes.\n\nParticipate in other Treasury and cross-functional projects.\n\nSupport selected payment and monetization analysis, including payment-cost analysis.\n\nWork closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Payroll and other internal teams.\n\nTO SHINE IN THIS ROLE\nYou'll need:\n3-5 years of experience in Treasury, payments, or finance operations.\n\nFluent English.\n\nHands-on knowledge of cash management, banking, investments, and FX.\n\nStrong analytical and reporting skills, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets.\n\nA solid understanding of financial controls and segregation of duties.\n\nThe ability to run recurring processes on your own and follow up across teams.\n\nAn eye for detail and a habit of making processes better.\n\nIt would be great if you have:\nSQL or BI experience.\n\nExperience with ERP or TMS systems, banking platforms, workflow tools, or payment providers.\n\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe care deeply about your growth, well-being, and comfort:\nHybrid onboarding to start work remotely and relocation support for you and your family.\n\nComprehensive health insurance for both you and your family.\n\nProfessional development budget for conference tickets, online courses, and other relevant resources to help you grow.\n\nFlexible benefits package: no one-size-fits-all perks here.
