Furthermore, you’ll be adding your expertise in UX/UI, branding, digital design, and prototyping to a fun, skilled, and growing team of colleagues working across disciplines for global clients.\nWhat will you do:\nLead all stages of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.\nDevelop user-centered strategies and concepts for applications, services, and digital interfaces, and deliver top-quality experiences. \nWork closely with the experience design team and the project manager to translate requirements into great user experiences.\nLead, design and moderate workshops with users, customers, colleagues, and external experts.\nContribute to fostering a strong design culture within the company by sharing ideas, providing feedback, and collaborating.\nMentor, inspire, and lead a team of talented experience designers.
