You will work closely with clients such as Statkraft, Bane NOR, DNV, and IKEA-organizations that impact the daily lives of millions of people.\nYou’ll work at both strategic and detailed levels - shaping journeys, designing interfaces, and bringing them to life through polished digital execution. From research and workshops to wireframes and prototypes, you’ll help design services and products that are grounded in real user needs and aligned with business goals. This is a role for someone who enjoys zooming out to see the system and zooming in to craft the detail.\nWhat you’ll do\nMap user journeys, service blueprints, and ecosystems to design services that work across digital and physical touchpoints\nTranslate insights into wireframes, flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces using tools like Figma\nLead or support user research, including interviews, usability testing, and synthesis\nDesign and validate end-to-end experiences that meet user needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives\nFacilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders\nCollaborate with strategists, developers, and creatives to deliver integrated service and product solutions\nContribute to digital strategy and help define how products and services create long-term value\nSupport the creation of design systems, documentation, and service artefacts.\nWho you are and what you'll bring\nYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience from relevant projects and have worked in the public sector (e.g., within energy, transport, or health-related services) or in the private sector as a consultant.\nExperience from mission-critical projects - You have experience with larger projects in the public and/or private sector.\nSkilled in mapping, journey design, and defining service blueprints\nConfident in designing intuitive, accessible interfaces - from wireframes to high-fidelity UI\nExperienced in user-centred research and able to translate findings into actionable design\nComfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity in fast-paced, cross-functional environments\nSmart and curious use of AI tools as part of your workflow\nProficient in tools like Figma, Miro, and ideally have knowledge of universal design and WCAG.\nA collaborative, communicative team player who thrives in multidisciplinary teams\nCurious, analytical, and excited by systems-level challenges and human-centred solutions.\nWhy join Manyone?\nA truly global work environment with opportunities to collaborate across teams and cultures\nA supportive and inspiring team that values innovation, adaptability, and creativity\nThe opportunity to impact - With us, you get ownership of projects, relationships, and methodology.
