In one day, you may design a logo, a web page, and an illustration. You will use AI to work faster, and you will always check and improve the result before a client sees it. If you work best with long deadlines, this role is not a good match. If you want variety, speed, and full ownership of your work, please read on.\nAbout Us\nManyPixels gives small and medium businesses, agencies, and marketing teams around the world direct access to a team of designers. Clients work with the same team every time. There is no need to search for a new freelancer for each project. Since 2018, we have delivered more than 150,000 designs to businesses in many countries.\nOur team works fully remote from Europe and Asia. Most of our clients are in the United States. Our team members come from different countries and backgrounds, and we all follow one high standard for design.\nLearn more about us: www.manypixels.co\nAbout the Role\nWe are looking for multi-skilled senior designers who are fast and fluent in AI tools. You will work on many kinds of projects for clients in many industries. You are not limited to one specialty. You can do branding, graphic design, web design, and illustration, and you can choose the best approach for each request.\nWe promise our clients delivery within 24 hours. AI helps us keep this promise without lowering quality. We want designers who already use AI tools as a normal part of their work.\nWhat You Will Do\nDeliver fast, with high quality. You manage each project from start to finish. You read the brief, create the design, check it, and deliver it on time.\nWork across many design types. You will design logos, brand materials, social media graphics, landing pages, and illustrations. You may also do simple motion or video work.\nUse AI in your daily workflow. You will use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, and AI video tools to create ideas and produce work faster. You will improve every AI result until it is clean, original, and correct for the brief. We never send raw AI output to a client.\nManage several projects at the same time. You will work on more than one request at once and meet every deadline.\nCommunicate with clients. Our designers communicate to clients directly. You will ask questions when a brief is unclear, listen to feedback, and make changes quickly.\nHelp us improve. You will try new tools and share what works with the team.\nWho You Are\nYou have at least 5 years of experience as a full-time or freelance designer. Your portfolio shows senior-level work and a wide range of projects.\nYou are an expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). You also know Figma if you do web design. Canva is a plus.\nYou use AI design tools every day. You can show examples and explain your process.\nYou have strong design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy.\nYou are skilled in at least two design areas, for example, graphic design and web design, or illustration and branding. Basic motion or video skills are a big plus.\nYou can manage several tasks at once and meet tight deadlines.\nYou accept feedback calmly and make changes quickly.\nYou learn new tools fast and see change as normal.\nYou can communicate clearly in English. Perfect grammar is not required, but you must be easy to understand.\nYou can work 9 AM to 6 PM in one of these time zones: US Eastern Time, Eastern European Time, or Asian Time (Indochina).\nThis May Not Be the Right Role If\nYou prefer to work in one specialty only.\nYou prefer a slow pace.\nYou do not use AI tools, or you send AI results without improving them.\nYou need frequent check-ins to complete your work.\nWhat We Offer\nA full-time, fully remote job. You can work from home or any place with a stable internet connection.\n20 days of paid time off each year.\nA competitive monthly salary depending on your skills, experience, and results.\nA variety of projects and clients from many industries.\nFull ownership of your projects from your first day.\nThis is a full-time job: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday.","description_format":"text","description_chars":4198,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All
