This role is responsible for safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of concrete work while meeting project schedules, productivity targets, and safety standards. The Foreman is hands-on, leads by example, and is accountable for both individual and crew performance.\nExpected start date: Mid to late September 2026.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and lead concrete crews in daily field operations\nPlan and coordinate formwork, concrete placement, and work sequencing\nRead and interpret drawings, specifications, and shop drawings\nEnsure work is completed safely, accurately, and to quality standards\nEnforce company safety policies and participate in daily safety meetings\nMonitor productivity, labour usage, and workmanship\nCoordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other trades\nComplete accurate timesheets and ensure proper cost coding\nOversee proper use of tools, equipment, and materials\nQualifications & Experience\nMinimum 5 years of concrete construction experience\nPrevious Lead Hand or Foreman experience preferred\nStrong knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishing\nAbility to perform layout, verify elevations, and maintain tolerances\nHeavy civil or infrastructure experience is an asset\nWorking Conditions\nField-based role in active construction environments\nPhysically demanding work in varying weather conditions\nTravel may be required depending on project location\nAbout Maple Reinders:\nMaple Reinders is one of Canada’s most respected and trusted construction firms, delivering innovative solutions for over 55 years.
