I’ll share more once we meet.\nAbout the role\nAs a Design Engineer, you’ll be at the center of how we build products. You’ll own entire surfaces of the product: dashboards, config tools, real-time monitoring, internal ops UIs. You’ll prototype new ideas and bring structure to chaos, designing tools that scale across dozens of verticals with minimal friction.\nWe work in person, 5 days a week in our NYC office. Collaboration here is fast, noisy (in the best way), and high-trust. We move quickly, break things intentionally, and fix them just as fast.\nWhat you’ll do\nBuild product-facing and internal tools using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind\n\nDesign and implement intuitive ways for customers to manage AI agents and define business logic\n\nDevelop reusable components and own our emerging design system\n\nPrototype new features, test them with customers, and ship fast\n\nHelp define our approach to UI architecture, scaling, and visual systems\n\nWork closely with our founders, engineers, and customers\n\nContribute to a product culture that values clarity, speed, and leverage\n\nWhat we’re looking for\nStrong experience in React, TypeScript, CSS, and modern frontend workflows\n\nProduct taste: you know when something feels right and why\n\nSystems thinking: you like building primitives, not one-offs\n\nExperience designing and building tools, dashboards, and/or configuration UIs\n\nComfortable owning full features from wireframe to code\n\nBonus: experience with Figma, LLMs, conversational interfaces, or backend TypeScript\n\n4-8+ years experience preferred, but we’re flexible for the right person\n\nHow we work\nWe optimize for leverage.
