I’ll share more once we meet.\nAbout the Role\nAt Maple, we’re looking for a Senior/Staff Product Designer ready to shape the future of AI-driven tools for local businesses. You’ll work side-by-side with engineers and founders, owning projects from first sketch to shipped product. If you love turning complex workflows into elegant, intuitive experiences-and have a sharp eye for quality-let’s talk.\nWhat You’ll Do\nCollaborate closely with engineering and product to drive roadmap projects from idea to launch-no assembly lines or hand-offs\n\nSpot opportunities to refine our core UX and squash those pesky “paper cuts” that slow users down\n\nCreate crisp mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to bring ideas to life\n\nGuide and inspire fellow designers through feedback and collaborative critique\n\nBuild and evolve our design system components for speed and consistency\n\nJump in on hiring to help us find the next great teammate\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n7+ years designing software products (bonus points for startup or SaaS experience)\n\nCourage to ask big questions, experiment, and advocate for quality-even when it’s hard\n\nHumility to accept feedback, iterate quickly, and pivot when needed\n\nDeep experience prototyping in Figma (and bonus: AI, HTML/CSS, or other tools)\n\nA knack for distilling problems and feedback into focused, user-friendly solutions\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills-async is our default, but you can riff live too\n\nHow we work\nWe optimize for leverage.
