Projects may be located throughout Ontario across both our Buildings and Civil divisions, including wastewater and water infrastructure, Defence Canada, advanced manufacturing, and food processing facilities.\nAs an Intermediate Superintendent, you will support the successful delivery of construction projects by leading site activities, coordinating trades, and maintaining strong safety and quality standards. You will work closely with project teams while continuing to develop your leadership capabilities.\nAt Maple Reinders, we look for leaders who can:\nDirect field operations while adhering to schedules, budgets, safety, and risk requirements.\nEffectively manage field employees and subcontractors.\nAssist in developing and executing project work plans.\nCoordinate daily site operations and project activities.\nBuild positive working relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.\nWe are focused on candidates who currently have:\n5+ years of Superintendent or foreperson leadership experience with a General Contractor.\nExperience on commercial, institutional, industrial, civil, infrastructure, or related construction projects.\nStrong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and site coordination.\nWorking knowledge of health and safety requirements.\nProficiency with MS Office and Windows-based applications.\nPost-secondary construction-related education would be considered an asset.\nAbout Maple Reinders:\nMaple Reinders is one of Canada’s most respected and trusted construction firms, delivering innovative solutions for over 55 years.
