We are currently searching for a Investor Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team in Pfäffikon, Schwyz.\nThe company is in the process of obtaining its FINMA license, enabling it to take over the being the investment manager for the MapleCap fund, which has been seeded by LMR.\nKamil Szynkarczuk, Founder of MapleCap, runs a relative value inflation strategy with a macro-overlay that is supported by a team of quants. He leverages proprietary software, large data sets and the latest technology to predict asset returns and execute trades in an optimal way.\nThe role is an excellent chance to get involved in building a hedge fund - you will be involved in all aspects of the role and be responsible for everything from the start to the finish. Perfect those those who want to bring their expertise and grow the role as the fund grows.\nKey ResponsibilitiesInvestor Relations & Capital Development\nServe as the point of contact for institutional investors, including pension plans, sovereign wealth funds (SWFs), family offices and consultants across global markets.\nBuild out Investor Relations infrastructure for a new hedge fund, including CRM tools and incorporating AI solutions for an efficient process.\nAssist investor queries on investment and operational due diligence.\nEngage with Cap Intro teams on market best practices and investor introductions.\nCoordinate, participate in, and eventually lead initial investor calls.\nCurate investor list and continue follow-up workflow.\nClient Portfolio Management & Communications\nAct as the investment expert interfacing between portfolio managers and clients, translating complex strategies into clear value propositions.\nPrepare and deliver investor updates, performance reviews, due diligence responses (DDQs/RFPs), and bespoke reporting materials.\nDevelop materials for investor relations and branding.\nDrive strategic content creation, including marketing collateral, fund commentaries, and thought leadership in coordination with investment and marketing.\nMarket Intelligence & Strategic Growth\nProvide insights to internal stakeholders on investor sentiment, competitor positioning, and fundraising trends across hedge fund asset classes.\nPartner with leadership to shape business development strategy, platform expansion, and new product launches in response to market demand.\nSupport global business development efforts with a focus on geographic diversification and capital raising from new investor segments.\nQualifications\nStrong product knowledge.\nExperience in institutional investor relations, business development, client portfolio management or hedge fund sales.\nExperience in institutional investor relations, business development, client portfolio management, or hedge fund sales\nExperience working at leading asset managers, hedge funds, multi-managers, or fund-of-funds platforms.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills;
