The role can be based in either our Grand Cayman or Montreal office and will report to the Senior Marketing Manager.\nThe Cayman Islands is home to our global headquarters and where the Maples Group first established operations in the 1960s. Our Montreal office exemplifies our culturally rich and entrepreneurial organisation, with over 300 colleagues from 50 countries collaborating to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide.\nAs part of our team you will:\nLead and manage direct report(s) to deliver on strategic marketing initiatives within assigned business units.\nDevelop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive business growth, and align with global marketing objectives.\nThink strategically about the broader business landscape, focusing on pipeline management and aligning marketing initiatives with overall business objective to ensure impactful marketing efforts.\nOversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and event marketing.\nMonitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats for assigned business units.\nReport on marketing performance metrics for assigned business units and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.\nManage the marketing budget for assigned business units and allocate resources effectively to maximise ROI.\nProvide suggestions for the development, implementation and enhancement of marketing initiatives that fit within the organisation's global marketing objectives.\nDevelop and maintain marketing collateral to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.\nCreate engaging content for marketing campaigns, internal newsletters, websites, social media, and other marketing initiatives as required. \nRe-package technical content and thought leadership materials for distribution across multimedia platforms. \nPrepare creative briefs and work with in-house designers to fulfil creative requests. \nDevelop and execute digital campaigns across channels such as email marketing, social media, display advertising and search marketing. \nInitiate and implement test and learn initiatives to continuously enhance digital marketing strategies and outcomes, making recommendations for improvements based on performance analysis. \nUpdate and manage website content for assigned business units and make recommendations for improvements to enhance content engagement. \nMaintain content on the intranet site, Moogle, for internal audiences regarding marketing activity and performance.\nDevelop campaigns and communications to support Maples Group CSR initiatives. \nProvide marketing support to Human Resources and Talent Acquisition teams, assisting with the execution of employee engagement and employer brand building strategies. \nDeliver successful client events and seminars, focusing on marketing communications to drive attendance and engagement, including display material, and supporting collateral. \nProviding training and support on marketing processes, tools, and best practices to junior members of staff and, as required, the wider business to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment in marketing efforts.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, and team members in other offices, to ensure alignment and support for all marketing and communications initiatives. \nCarry out any other duties which may from time to time be required.\nWhat You Bring\nIn addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate should possess the following:\nHave a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is preferred. \nHave a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Experience in a professional services marketing role within financial services is a prerequisite. \nHave experience working with social media networks and reporting dashboards, Google Analytics, website CMS platforms, CRM and email marketing software products, and other marketing automation systems. \nBe highly proficient in MS applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nHave excellent copywriting and editing skills, oral and written communication skills. \nHave ability to work with all levels of senior management and staff. \nHave ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.\nThe key skills for this role are as follows:\nStrong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.\nExcellent leadership and interpersonal skill, with the ability to influence and motivate others.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. \nAttention to detail, professionalism, excellent organisational skills, and a team-first mentality. \nExceptional time management to handle a diverse workload.\nExperience with relationship management and client service. \nExcellent writing, editing, organisational, prioritisation and communication skills, both verbal and written (fluent written and oral English).\nBenefits & Rewards\nThe most enduring professional relationships are reciprocal relationships.
