No matter where you work in the Maples Group, you will be part of a global team.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance a diverse portfolio of in-house and 3rd party business applications, including ERPs, web portals, and other bespoke strategic platforms.\nThis role combines application support, business analysis, incident management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, technology teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of critical business systems.\nThe ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional who can independently manage complex issues, lead investigations, drive solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology partners.\nWhat You Bring\nIn addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences:\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.\nExperience\n7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or similar role. \nExperience supporting enterprise business applications in a production environment. \nExperience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements. \nExperience participating in technology projects, system implementations, and application enhancements in an Agile (SCRUM) setting. \nExperience managing complex incidents and performing root cause analysis.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong Excel/VBA and data analysis capabilities. \nExperience with ERP, financial, or operational business systems. \nExperience with software testing, UAT coordination, and defect management. \nUnderstanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows. \nExperience with Power BI/Power Automate or similar reporting and analytics platforms. \nCore Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. \nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision. \nDemonstrated ownership, accountability, and leadership qualities. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Microsoft Business Central, or similar platforms. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI. \nKnowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and IT service management practices. \nExperience working with global teams across multiple time zones. \nPrevious mentoring or leadership experience within a Business Analysis or Application Support function. \nUnderstanding of operational support models, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nBenefits & Rewards\nThe most enduring professional relationships are reciprocal relationships.
