No matter where you work in the Maples Group, you will be part of a global team.\nThe Opportunity\nThe Senior Data and Reporting Analyst will join a global team that is responsible for supporting portfolio accounting, operations and reporting functions in Dublin in order to provide services to our global Middle Office clients.\nPrimary responsibilities include:\nReporting directly to the Vice President, the successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day operational support of our institutional clients;\nThe Senior Data and Reporting Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of portfolio accounting and performance, as well as elements of process analysis and re-engineering;\nHe/she will ensure that portfolio accounting data is maintained in relevant systems in a timely and accurate manner;\nDesign and implement automated processes for accounting and reporting; assist in client on-boarding process for new clients; assist in gathering client requirements and reporting;\nDemonstrate keen awareness of industry and technology; and\nWork with internal and external parties to resolve issues and further develop bespoke client solutions\nWhat You Bring\nIn addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:\nA minimum of 1-4 years’ work experience in finance or financial services\nThe ideal candidate will have a university degree in finance or accounting\nFund accounting or fund administration specific experience is preferred\nExperience with Investran and or Geneva is preferred\nExperience in relationship management and client service\nGeneral technical and systems skills is an asset\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel\nKnowledge of project management framework\nExcellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and communication skills\nBenefits & Rewards\nThe most enduring professional relationships are reciprocal relationships.
