Our goal is to better our communities through customer service. This is a full time Sunday thru Thursday shift, 9am to 6pm. The Customer Service Representative will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and processing orders. *This postition will be relocating to Findley Lake NY in March of 2027. This position will be working out of the Falconer NY location until March 2027.\nWe offer:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability Insurance.\nVoluntary lines of insurance include supplemental and short and long term disability and whole life.\n401k along with employer contributions and match.\nProfit Sharing\nPaid time off\nPaid holidays\n$18.00 per hour to start\nemployee purchasing account\nChristmas club\nFlex Spending Account\nDuties/Responsibilities:\nInteracts with customers via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services.\nCollects and enters orders for new or additional products or services.\nFields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.\nEnsures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.\nMaintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned including data entry for accounting.\nRequirements\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nExcellent communication skills including active listening.\nService-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.\nProficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
