This role ensures smooth daily corporate workflows, vendor governance, and seamless operational alignment between US leadership and our global offices.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness & Operational Governance\nEstablish, streamline, and maintain standard operating procedures and governance frameworks for regional corporate workflows.\nPartner with executive leadership to implement operational policies, risk mitigation plans, and business continuity strategies.\nMonitor operational performance metrics, track deliverables, and manage administrative reporting for executive reviews.\nFinancial Tracking & Vendor Management\nTrack regional operating budgets, monitor expenditures, and oversee consultant expense approval workflows.\nOversee vendor relationships, service level agreements (SLAs), lease administration, and equipment/software procurement.\nCoordinate with central finance and accounting teams on invoicing workflows, expense reconciliations, and operational audits.\nCross-Border Collaboration & Compliance\nServe as a central administrative liaison between US operations and engineering centers in India (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Noida).\nEnsure adherence to corporate policies, client master service agreements (MSAs), data security guidelines, and facility compliance standards.\nCoordinate onboarding logistics, workspace readiness, and corporate administrative processes for regional personnel.\nPlano Facility & Site Management\nDirect daily operations, administrative services, physical security, and infrastructure for the 5601 Headquarters Dr office.\nLead logistics planning for executive summits, client visits, and regional corporate events.\nMaintain a high standard of workplace amenities and employee support services.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related discipline.\nExperience: 5+ years of progressive experience in business operations, corporate administration, or professional services operations.\nCore Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial tracking, data analysis, reporting) and the broader Microsoft 365 suite.\nGlobal Coordination: Demonstrated experience coordinating workflows across multi-time-zone teams.\nommunication & Organization: Strong organizational, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills with executive presence.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrior operational or business administration experience within an IT professional services, software, or technology consulting firm.\nFamiliarity with enterprise ERP or business management platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite).\nExperience managing office setups, facilities transitions, or expanding regional headquarters.\nCompensation &
