Learn more at marathon.health\nABOUT THE JOB\nThe Client Success Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to the Client Success team by managing transactional client activities, supporting small client relationships, and executing routine account management functions. This role serves as a development path into a Client Success Manager position while ensuring timely completion of reporting, invoicing, eligibility, and client service activities.\nThe Client Success Coordinator acts as the primary contact for a portfolio of low-complexity clients and supports Client Success Managers by managing recurring tasks, maintaining documentation, coordinating follow-up actions, and ensuring a high-quality client experience.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nClient Support\nServe as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of small, low-complexity clients.\nRespond to routine client requests and coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders.\nSupport client meetings through agenda development, meeting notes, action item tracking, and follow-up communications.\nMaintain positive relationships with client contacts and brokers or consultants.\nEscalate strategic, contractual, or at-risk client matters to the assigned CSM.\nReporting and Analytics\nPrepare and distribute recurring client reports.\nCompile utilization, engagement, operational, and clinical data for presentation by the CSM.\nAssist in tracking performance guarantees and client success metrics.\nSupport data validation and quality assurance of reports prior to client delivery.\nMaintain reporting calendars and ensure timely delivery of contractual reporting requirements.\nCoordinate incentive reporting and documentation.\nUpdate CRM records and account activities\nInvoicing and Financial Administration\nReview monthly invoices for accuracy and completeness prior to client distribution.\nCoordinate invoice corrections with Finance and Operations teams.\nTrack invoice approvals, payment status, and follow-up activities.\nAssist with reconciliation of client billing questions and documentation.\nMaintain invoicing records and support contract-related administrative activities.\nEligibility and Operational Support\nSupport eligibility file processing and troubleshoot routine file issues.\nMonitor completion of client operational requests and service tickets.\nAssist with implementation activities and client transitions as needed.\nMaintain client records within Salesforce and other systems.\nAdministrative and Process Management\nMaintain accurate client documentation and meeting records.\nSupport renewal preparation activities through data gathering and coordination.\nAssist with development of client communication plans, onsite events, table sits and engagement activities\nAssist with the creation of marketing collateral for clients.\nIdentify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and standardize processes.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field and 2 to 4 years of customer service, account coordination, healthcare operations, benefits administration, or client support experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nPreferred\nHealthcare, benefits, consulting, or population health experience.\nSalesforce experience.\nExperience with eligibility management, invoicing, or client reporting.\nExperience supporting external clients or customer accounts.\nDESIRED ATTRIBUTES\nStrong organizational and project management skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience working with CRM systems and reporting tools.\nPay Range: $55,000 - $70,000/yr\nThe actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.\nWe are accepting applications for this position until a candidate has been selected.
