En el día a día:
- Construye y mantiene el modelo de proyecciones: P&L, flujo de caja y balance. Como es un negocio de crédito, el modelo trabaja con originación por cohortes, curvas de recaudo y pérdida esperada.
- Lidera el presupuesto y el forecast, y hace el seguimiento mensual de lo real contra lo presupuestado.
- Analiza la rentabilidad por producto, por tipo de cliente (nuevo vs. recurrente) y por cosecha, teniendo en cuenta intereses, comisiones, seguros y costo de fondeo.
- Apoya el lanzamiento de productos nuevos con pricing, unit economics y casos de negocio.
- Prepara los reportes para la gerencia, la junta y [inversionistas/acreedores].
Requirements
- Experiencia trabajando en financieras, fintechs o bancos.
-Experiencia construyendo modelos financieros desde cero.
-Experiencia con programación tecnica o AI.
