to advance your career.\nResponsibilities\nProvide first and second-line IT support to staff and external clients, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.\nDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems to minimize downtime.\nInstall, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripheral devices.\nMonitor and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and security systems.\nDocument support procedures, incidents, and resolutions to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.\nAssist with the implementation of updates, patches, and system upgrades to keep technology up-to-date and secure.\nCollaborate with other IT team members and departments to support ongoing projects and technology initiatives.\nRequirements\nProven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical support role.\nStrong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and networking concepts.\nExperience with server management, virtualization, and cloud technologies.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.\nGood communication skills to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices for protecting IT infrastructure.\nRelevant IT
