Computer Science or Engineering (Computer Science);\n3+ years of experience as a software engineer with most of that experience developing with AndroidSDK;\nStrong experience developing native Android applications in Kotlin;\nProficiency with Jetpack Compose and modern Android development practices;\nStrong understanding of object-oriented programming, MVVM, Clean Architecture, or similar architectural patterns;\nGood understanding of Kotlin coroutines, Flow, state management, multithreading, and asynchronous programming;\nExperience with REST APIs, JSON serialization, local persistence, and secure storage;\nExperience developing responsive applications for multiple device sizes and orientations;\nStrong understanding of Android memory management and application performance optimization;\nProficiency with Gradle, Kotlin DSL, dependency management, and modular project structures;\nAbility to write clean, maintainable, and testable code;\nKnowledge of the Android application lifecycle, Google Play release processes, and Google Play developer content policies;\nExperience in building multi-threaded applications on mobile platforms;\nExperience and deep understanding of memory management on mobile platforms;\nAbility to evaluate performance issues and perform necessary optimizations;\nExperience with unit testing, UI testing, debugging, and relevant testing frameworks;\nExperience with Agile software development frameworks (SCRUM);\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and solid knowledge of Software Version Control Systems, like Git, and the related best practices;\nSelf-motivated and detail-oriented work ethic with a willingness to challenge assumptions and contribute to technical decisions;\nFluent English.\nPreferred qualifications\nExperience with Kotlin Multiplatform and shared business logic modules;\nExperience integrating shared Kotlin Multiplatform code with native Android UI;\nUnderstanding of Kotlin/Swift interoperability and collaboration with iOS developers;\nExperience with native C++/NDK integration;\nHaving published one or more apps in the App Store is a plus;\nExperience using AI-assisted tools to accelerate implementation, code review and testing while validating generated code for quality, security and compliance;\nExperience with Java and React Native framework.\nBenefits\nWe offer a competitive salary
