This role provides exposure to the day-to-day operations of a multi-faceted organization while helping you develop critical business competencies.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver AI and machine learning solutions that address business needs\nDevelop, test, and optimize AI agents, prompts, workflows, and machine learning models using structured and unstructured data\nCreate contextual data layers and orchestration frameworks that improve agent and model performance\nEvaluate solutions for accuracy, scalability, and effectiveness, including testing edge cases and failure modes\nDocument experiments, model performance, agent iterations, and key insights to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing\nJob Specifications\nAbility to work remotely within the United States, including private or semi-private workspace\nAvailability to participate for the full 10-week program - Monday through Friday\nAccess to high-speed internet - Required technology will be provided\nFor roles that are remote (i.e., Work From Home (WFH)) or hybrid (i.e., partial onsite at a VSP location and WFH), must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments, including maintaining camera presence during meetings to support effective communication and team alignment\nPreferred Skills\nBuilding and refining AI agents using LLMs and multimodal models for tasks such as data exploration, scenario planning, and workflow automation\nDesigning prompts and workflows that enable agents to reason, plan, and act autonomously\nWorking with structured and unstructured datasets, metadata and metrics definitions to create a contextual layer that enables agent performance\nBuild, train, and evaluate ML models for tasks such as classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly detection\nOptimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability using techniques like hyperparameter tuning and cross-validation\nEducation Level: Currently enrolled and in good standing at an accredited college or university, with at least junior-level (3rd year) standing\nDegree Target: Data Science, AI, Computer Science or related field\nProgram Dates: June 1, 2027 to August 6, 2027\nCompensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.
