By integrating deeper insights and strategic thinking, the L&Q department will become a central force in guiding organizational success and decision-making, solidifying its position as a key driver of our company's future achievements.\nThis is your opportunity to be a central force in elevating our L&Q strategy through analytics excellence, meaningful insights, and a genuine passion for learning both your own and that of those around you.\nThis is a role for our Hyderabad office.\nKey Responsibilities\nData Management and Ownership - Manage global L&Q data across business verticals, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout the employee life cycle.\n\nReporting and Analytics - Develop, maintain, and deliver regular and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data visualisations using Power BI, Excel, and other relevant tools to track training, quality, and business performance.\n\nBusiness Analysis and Insights - Gather and understand reporting and business requirements, analyse information, identify trends and gaps, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.\n\nCandidate Interaction and Coordination - Communicate with candidates as required, provide relevant information and guidance, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure a professional and consistent candidate experience.\n\nTraining and Knowledge Sharing - Support and deliver training sessions for employees and relevant stakeholders, explain processes and tools clearly, and provide ongoing guidance to support effective adoption.\n\nProcess Improvement - Review existing workflows, reporting practices, and data collection processes;
