Delivery Manager :\n\nBangalore | Hybrid.\n\nJob Description :\n\nWe are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8+ years of experience in leading large-scale, enterprise-grade software delivery programs.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management, driving customer success, mentoring teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery.\n\nThis role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced and complex environments while consistently delivering exceptional business value.\n\nWhat You'll Do :\n\n- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, cost, and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives.\n\n- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value.\n\n- Lead and facilitate project governance, including status reviews, steering committee meetings, risk and issue management, and escalation handling.\n\n- Manage customer expectations, build long-term client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.\n\n- Lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, including Data Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts.\n\n- Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, quality, and delivery KPIs.\n\n- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentum.\n\n- Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality.\n\n- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales, and Support teams for seamless execution.\n\n- Ensure compliance with industry, regulatory, and organizational standards where applicable.\n\nRequirements :\n\n- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical.\n\n- Experience with 8+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Engineering delivery, project management, data related software implementation.\n\n- 8+ years of hands-on experience managing large and complex software projects.\n\n- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams.\n\n- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior client executives.\n\n- Strong background in delivery management, risk management, quality Management.\n\n- Experience in regulatory, Pharma/Life science, or enterprise systems is a strong plus.\n\n- Technical background to evaluate architectural decisions, delivery risks, and engineering trade-offs.\n\n- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\n\n- Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-evolving environments while maintaining delivery excellence.\n\nTechnical Skills :\n\n- Must have hands-on experience or prior experience in Data Engineering or Data Analytics tools such as Python, PySpark, SQL, Databricks, Neo4j, and Advanced Excel.\n\n- Pharma or Life Sciences domain experience would be nice to have Cloud experience, preferably AWS, is preferred.\n\nSkills\nProject Management, Data
