With a focus on client onboarding, relationship and stakeholder management, the successful candidate will work closely alongside experienced sales teams to support the full end-to-end integration of clients from initial engagement through to technical setup and go-live. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented individual to develop deep expertise in clearing, build meaningful client relationships, and gain broad exposure to the operational and commercial mechanics of a fast-growing global clearing business.\nRole Location\nThis role is ideally suited to candidates based in or willing to work from our London office initially, with a view to relocating to Abu Dhabi once sufficiently trained and embedded within the business. We will also consider candidates already based in the region\nResponsibilities:\nOn-boarding:\nKYC reviews\nManaging client onboardings and internal project management on new onboards.\nManaging stakeholders internally and externally to ensure efficient onboarding process\nAssessing bespoke or non-standard client requirements and their merit in context of potential revenue, resource requirements and existing/future product agenda.\nOn-boarding new clients through to go-live; delivering front-to-back clearing setup; Preparing documentation.\nEnsure that clients have access to exchanges and order routing platforms to enable their trading requirements.\nHelp to ensure Marex complies with its exchange regulatory obligations when connecting clients to exchanges.\nOngoing:\n\nDesigning and delivering innovative client solutions to win business and retain revenues.\nCommunicating market and regulatory change and its impact to clients.\nDealing with risk and treasury issues.\nDeveloping and managing client KPIs.\nImproving / streamlining existing client clearing processes.\nWorking with business development, ops and IT, ensuring strategy meets client & business requirements.\nUndertaking regular project work to improve client offering and technology.\nUndertaking quarterly/annual client reviews of relationships, revenue targets, growth opportunities, under-performing clients, in partnership with sales and marketing and other relationship managers.\nAssist in producing client reports\nEnsuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under local governing bodies.\nAdhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.\nRole model for demonstrating highest level standards of integrity and conduct and reflecting Company Values.\nAt all times complying with Marex’s Code of Conduct.\nTo ensure that you are fully aware of and adhere to internal policies that relate to you, your role or any other activities for which you have any level of responsibility\nTo report any breaches of policy to Compliance and/ or your supervisor as required\nTo escalate risk events immediately\nTo provide input to risk management processes, as required.\nSkills & Experience:\nClient relationship management experience.\nProduct and business knowledge.\nProblem escalation experience.\nA methodical and diligent approach to Risk management and critical decision making.\nStrong negotiation, written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills.\nStrong organisation, delegation and prioritisation skills.\nA strong sense of commerciality.\nExperience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of the risk and compliance requirements associated with this.\nCompetencies:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nA collaborative team player, approachable, self-efficient and influences a positive work environment\nDemonstrates curiosity\nResilient in a challenging, fast-paced environment\nAbility to take a high level of responsibility in a fast pace and high-volume environment\nExcels at building relationships, networking and influencing others\nStrategic collaborator with insight and agility, able to anticipate future challenges, ensuring operational effectiveness\nIf you're keen to forge a career in clearing and are looking for your next step, get in touch!\nMarex is fully committed to being an inclusive employer and providing an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all.
