Through robust controls, real-time oversight, and an automation-first approach, the team mitigates operational risk, maintains resilience, and continuously improves processes to enhance efficiency, data quality, and scalability.\nYou will work closely with traders, risk managers, data scientists, software engineers, and legal & compliance teams.
